Dr. Fulcher graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. She has been practicing veterinary medicine for 31 years. Dr. Fulcher has a background in animal rescue where she set up a wellness and spay/neuter surgery clinic to help more pets find their forever homes. She has a passion for ultrasound and soft tissue surgery as well as internal medicine.

Dr. Fulcher enjoys visiting new places in St. Louis, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Her family includes three grown daughters, HSMO shelter pet, Chico Jr., and a rescue cat named Carter.
